#একটু কষ্ট হলেও #লেখাটি পড়ুন —– বাংলাদেশের রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর নেতা – কর্মীদের নব্বই শতাংশের অধিক আদর্শের রাজনীতি করে বলে মনে হয়না। এখানে রাজনীতি অর্থ ব্যবসা করা, তবে ব্যবসা করা কখনো খারাপ বিষয় বলা যাবেনা, কারণ কাজকর্ম কিছুই যদি না করে তাহলে রাজনীতি করবে কিভাবে এবং পরিবারের ভরনপোষণ আসবে কোথা থেকে। কিন্তু ব্যবসা যদি হয়, অনৈতিক, দূর্বিত্তায়ন, সন্ত্রাস, চাঁদাবাজি, টেন্ডারবাজি অসহায় জনগণের জোর করে সম্পদ দখল করে রাজনৈতিক দলের নেতা কর্মী সেজে জনগণের সেবকের নামে নিজের সম্পদের পাহাড় গড়া কখনো রাজনীতিবিদের নীতি হতে পারেনা, তাই অধিকাংশই রাজনীতিজীবীই পরিনত হয়। আদর্শিক রাজনৈতিক নেতা কর্মী হতে হলে সত, ন্যায়নিষ্ঠ প্রবীন নেতাদের নীতি অনুসরণ করতে হবে, তাঁরা জনগণের বন্ধু হিসাবে কিভাবে সেবা করেছিলেন তা জানতে হবে, তখন হতে পারবে জনগণের নেতা ও সেবক। এ বিষয়ে কয়েকবার বর্তমান সরকারের উদ্দেশ্যে লিখেছিলাম- সাংসদ, এবং স্থানীয় সরকারের অধীনে দলীয় মনোনয়ন দেওয়ার সময় সাক্ষাতকারের সময় প্রবীন নেতা বিশেষ করে আওয়ামী লীগের মনোনয়ন প্রর্থীদের বঙ্গবন্ধুর অসমাপ্ত আত্মজীবনী বইটি থেকে কমপক্ষে দশটি প্রশ্ন রাখা, যে সঠিক উত্তর দিতে সক্ষম হবে তাকে মনোনীত করা এ ধরনের ব্যবস্থা থাকলে কমপক্ষে চার কোটি বই বিক্রি হতো এবং জনগণের রাজনীতি বা ভোটে জয়ী হয়ে কিভাবে জনগণের সেবক হতে হয় তা বুঝতে সক্ষম হতো, আজ বঙ্গবন্ধু কন্যা শেখ হাসিনাকে এত ঝামেলায় পড়তে হতোনা। আমেরিকা থেকেও যতটুকু জেনেছি তাতে বুঝতে অসুবিধা হচ্ছনাযে, একজন সত রাষ্ট্রপতি ও প্রধানমন্ত্রীর দ্বারা দেশে সুশাসন নিশ্চিত করা কখনো সম্ভব হয়না। দলের কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কিছু নেতা অনৈতিকভাবে জেলা কমিটি গঠন করেন। আবার অনৈতিকভাবে নির্বাচিত ঐ জেলা কমিটি গঠন করেন উপজেলা কমিটি এভাবে গঠিত হয় ইউনিয়ন ও ওয়ার্ড কমিটি। এসব অধিকাংশ কমিটিতে আদর্শবান ও ত্যাগি নেতা কর্মীদের স্থান পাওয়া যায় না, কারণ তারা অনৈতিক কাজে লিপ্ত নয়। সুতরাং কেন্দ্র থেকে তৃণমূল পয্যন্ত যারা অনৈতিকভাবে দলের সাংগঠনিক দায়িত্ব পেয়েছেন তারাতো অনৈতিক কাজেই করবেন এটাই বাস্তবতা এবং দেশে এখন যা ঘটছে সেগুলো দলের কিছু নেতার অনৈতিক কাজেরই বহিঃপ্রকাশ মাত্র, যার বোঝা প্রধান মন্ত্রীকে বহন করতে হচ্ছে এবং তাঁর এই কঠোর উদ্যোগ সর্বমহলে প্রসংশিত। বঙ্গবন্ধুর কন্যার কাছে নিবেদন যারা জনগনের ও উন্নয়নের অর্থ নিজদের সম্পদে পরিণত করেছে তাদের তালিকা করে ডেকে নিয়ে ঐসব অর্থ সরকারি কোষাগারে জমা দিয়ে নীতিবান ও আদর্শবান রাজনৈতিক নেতা হয়ে জনগণের সেবায় নিজেদের নিয়োজিত করার কঠোর নির্দেশ প্রদান করা। তাছাড়া যারা জেলা, উপজেলা ও ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান পদে নিয়োজিত তাদেরকে সাংগঠনিক দায়িত্বের বাহিরে রেখে জনগণের কাজ করার নির্দেশ প্রদান, সাংগঠনিক দায়িত্ব প্রাপ্তদের জনগণের সুখ দুঃখ দেখা এবং সংগঠনকে জোরদার করা বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিতে এর বিকল্প বের করা মুসকিল….. চলবে।…..#Editor nsnews USA
