Ns News Online Desk:ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্যার সলিমুল্লাহ মুসলিম (এসএম) হলে হামলায় জড়িতদের পাঁচ দিনের মধ্যে বহিষ্কারের দাবি জানিয়েছেন ডাকসুর ভিপি নুরুল হক নুর। আগামী সোমবারের মধ্যে হামলাকারীদের শাস্তি না হলে কঠোর কর্মসূচি ঘোষণার হুশিয়ারিও দিয়েছেন তিনি। হামলার ঘটনা খতিয়ে দেখতে তিন সদস্যের কমিটি গঠন করেছে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রশাসন। হামলাকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য ড. আখতারুজ্জামান।
এদিকে ডাকসুর এজিএস এবং ঢাবি ছাত্রলীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক সাদ্দাম হোসাইন অভিযোগ করেছেন, এসএম হলে হামলার নাটক সাজিয়ে ছাত্রলীগের ভাবমূর্তি নষ্ট করার অপচেষ্টা চালানো হচ্ছে। এ ঘটনায় ভিপি নুরের ভূমিকার সমালোচনা করে তাকে দায়িত্বশীল আচরণ করার আহ্বান জানিয়েছেন সাদ্দাম। গত মাসে অনুষ্ঠিত ডাকসু ও হল সংসদ নির্বাচনের সময় এসএম হল থেকে সাধারণ সম্পাদক পদে স্বতন্ত্র প্রার্থী হয়েছিলেন ফরিদ হাসান নামে এক শিক্ষার্থী। তার দাবি, ছাত্রলীগ নেতাদের চাপে শেষ মুহূর্তে তিনি নির্বাচন থেকে সরে দাঁড়াতে বাধ্য হন। এর জের ধরে গত সোমবার সন্ধ্যায় ফরিদকে পিটিয়ে আহত করার অভিযোগ ওঠে হল শাখা ছাত্রলীগের নেতাকর্মীদের বিরুদ্ধে। এ ঘটনার বিচার দাবিতে পরদিন একটি মিছিল নিয়ে এসএম হলে গিয়ে অবরুদ্ধ হন ভিপি নুর এবং তার সঙ্গে থাকা অন্যরা। প্রক্টোরিয়াল টিমের লোকজন গিয়ে তাদের হল থেকে বের করে আনেন। এ ঘটনায় জড়িতদের বহিষ্কার দাবিতে মঙ্গলবার সন্ধ্যা থেকে ভিসির বাসভবনের সামনে অবস্থান নেন নুর ও কোটা সংস্কার আন্দোলনের নেতাকর্মীরা। পরে বুধবার সকালে তাদের ভিসি লাউঞ্জে ডেকে নিয়ে কথা বলেন উপাচার্য ড. আখতারুজ্জামান।
ভিসির সঙ্গে ভিপির নাশতা: উপাচার্যের সঙ্গে আলোচনার সময় নুরের সঙ্গে ছিলেন ডাকসুর সমাজসেবা সম্পাদক আখতার হোসেন, শামসুন নাহার হলের ভিপি তাসনিম আফরোজ ইমি, কোটা সংস্কার আন্দোলনের নেতা রাশেদ খান, ফারুকসহ আরও অনেকে। তাদের সবাইকে সকালের নাশতাও করান ড. আখতারুজ্জামান। এ সময় ভিপি নুর উপাচার্যের কাছে তাদের অভিযোগ এবং দাবি তুলে ধরেন। উপাচার্য বিচারের আশ্বাস দেওয়ার পর পাঁচ দিনের জন্য কর্মসূচি স্থগিত ঘোষণা করেন নুর। পাঁচ দিনের আলটিমেটাম নুরের: উপাচার্যের সঙ্গে আলোচনার পর বুধবার বেলা ১১টার দিকে রাজু ভাস্কর্যের সামনে সংবাদ সম্মেলন করেন ভিপি নুর। তিনি বলেন, ‘ভিসি স্যার আমাদের বিচারের আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন। আমরা তাকে বলেছি, আগামী সোমবারের মধ্যে এর বিচার করতে হবে। যদি এর মধ্যে বিচার না করা হয়, তাহলে আমরা আবারও কর্মসূচি দেব।’
সংবাদ সম্মেলনে শামসুন নাহার হল সংসদের ভিপি শেখ তাসনিম আফরোজ ইমি বলেন, ফরিদের ওপর হামলার প্রতিকার চাইতে যাওয়ার অপরাধে মেয়েদেরও লাঞ্ছিত করা হয়েছে, অশ্লীল ইঙ্গিত দেওয়া হয়েছে। নির্বাচিত প্রতিনিধির সঙ্গেও ন্যক্কারজনক আচরণ করা হয়েছে। এর দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি দাবি করেন ইমি। এ সময় সেখানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ডাকসুর সমাজসেবা সম্পাদক আখতার হোসেন, ডাকসুর স্বতন্ত্র ভিপি প্রার্থী অরণি সেমন্তি খান, বাংলাদেশ সাধারণ ছাত্র অধিকার সংরক্ষণ পরিষদের যুগ্ম আহ্বায়ক মুহাম্মদ রাশেদ খান, ফারুক হাসান, ডাকসুর জিএস প্রার্থী ও ছাত্র ফেডারেশন ঢাবি শাখার সভাপতি উম্মে হাবিবা বেনজীর এবং এস এম হলে আহত ফরিদ।
তদন্ত সাপেক্ষে বিচারের আশ্বাস উপাচার্যের: ভিপি নুর ও অন্য শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে আলোচনা শেষে আখতারুজ্জামান সাংবাদিকদের বলেন, ‘গতকালের (মঙ্গলবার) ঘটনায় হলের প্রভোস্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে একটি তদন্ত কমিটি গঠন করেছেন। যারা দোষী, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে। আমি তাদের বলেছি, কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনা ঘটিয়ে কেউ যাতে অস্থিতিশীল পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করতে না পারে। কেউ অন্যায় করে যাতে পার না পায়, সে বিষয়টি আমরা নিশ্চিত করবো।’ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পরিবেশ ঠিক রাখতে সবাইকে সতর্ক ও দায়িত্বশীল থাকার আহ্বান জানিয়ে তিনি বলেন, এখন ছাত্র সংসদ হয়েছে। এটি সবার অধিকার আদায়ের দায়িত্বশীল জায়গা।
তদন্ত কমিটি গঠন: এসএম হলের ঘটনা খতিয়ে দেখতে হলের আবাসিক শিক্ষক অধ্যাপক ড. সাব্বীর আহমেদকে আহ্বায়ক করে তিন সদস্যের তদন্ত কমিটি গঠন করা হয়েছে। কমিটির অন্য দুই সদস্য হলেন আবাসিক শিক্ষক অধ্যাপক ড. আবু বিন হাসান সুসান এবং প্রক্টরিয়াল বডির আহসান বাবু। কমিটিকে দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করতে বলা হয়েছে। হলের আবাসিক শিক্ষক মুহাম্মদ বেলাল হোসাইন সমকালকে তদন্ত কমিটির এসব তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেন।
ভিপিকে দায়িত্বশীল হওয়ার আহ্বান এজিএসের: এসএম হলে মেয়েদের ওপর হামলার ‘নাটক সাজিয়ে’ ছাত্রলীগের ভাবমূর্তি নষ্ট করার চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে বলে অভিযোগ করেছেন ডাকসুর এজিএস ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শাখা ছাত্রলীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক সাদ্দাম হোসাইন। বুধবার দুপুরে মধুর ক্যান্টিনে সাংবাদিকদের তিনি বলেন, হামলার প্রশ্নই আসে না। হামলার নাটক সাজিয়ে ছাত্রলীগের ভাবমূর্তি নষ্টের চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে। ‘গুজব পারদর্শিতার ওপর ভিত্তি করে তথাকথিত ভুঁইফোঁড় সংগঠনের উদ্ভব হয়েছে’ বলেও এ সময় মন্তব্য করেন তিনি। সাংবাদিকদের এক প্রশ্নের জবাবে সাদ্দাম বলেন, ‘তাদের অভিযোগগুলো আকাশকুসুম কল্পনা। গতকাল (মঙ্গলবার) আপনারা দেখেছেন, সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে কিছু ভিডিও ছড়িয়েছে। সেখানে দেখবেন, প্রভোস্টের সঙ্গে যে কথোপকথন হয়েছে, সেখানে সে (নুর) স্বীকার করেছে তার ভুল ছিল, তাদের প্রক্রিয়া ভুল ছিল।’
এ সময় তিনি বলেন, “বাইরে এসে সে সাংবাদিকদের বলেছে, ‘কোনো নারী শিক্ষার্থী সেখানে যায়নি।’ ভেতরে আমরা ছবি দেখেছি। আবার প্রভোস্ট অফিসে যখন যায়, তখন ছাত্রী নিয়ে যায়। পরে সে বলে, তার সঙ্গে ছাত্রী ছিল না। তার বক্তব্যে দোদুল্যমানতা রয়েছে। কোনো অবস্থাতেই এটা প্রত্যাশা করি না।” নুরুল হক নুর সেখানে তার ‘জনপ্রিয়তা বাড়ানোর জন্য’ গিয়েছিলেন বলেও মন্তব্য করেন সাদ্দাম। এ সময় তিনি ভিপি নুরকে দায়িত্বশীল আচরণ করার আহ্বান জানান।
