Biden called Putin a “war criminal,” Putin said ‘Unforgivable speech’

Biden made the remarks in an immediate response to a White House reporter’s question. This is the first time he has used such language to denounce Russian President Putin. 

However, the White House later said that Biden had spoken “from the heart.” The Kremlin said in a statement that it was “unforgivable”. Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesman for Russia’s state news agency Tashkent, said in a statement that “we believe that the bombing, which killed millions of people around the world, is unacceptable and unforgivable.”

‘ On Wednesday, a journalist in Washington asked the US president, “President, are you prepared to call Putin a war criminal based on what we have seen?” When questioned, he changed his answer. He then said, ‘Did you ask me if I would call him a war criminal … Yes, I think he is a war criminal.
