Ns News Online Desk: The Quad Security Conference is underway in Tokyo, Japan. Governments and heads of state of the Quad countries, including US President Joe Biden, were present. Meanwhile, Sino-Russian warplanes have conducted joint exercises over the Sea of Japan. Japan’s Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
Japan and China have expressed “deep concern” over the incident, according to Japanese Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi. In addition to the US president, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida and new Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese also attended the quad conference on regional security in Tokyo. But for the fourth time since last November, China and Russia conducted a joint air drill at the tip of Japan’s nose.
Nobuo Kishi said two Chinese and Russian bombers had conducted exercises in the Sea of Japan. The two countries also conducted joint air drills in the East China Sea.
