Massachusetts governor’s son accused of groping woman on flight

Ns News Online DeskNs News Online Desk: The adult son of Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has been accused of assaulting a woman on a flight from Washington to Boston.

“On June 20, the crew of flight 1354 were notified of an incident between customers shortly before landing in Boston,” JetBlue said in a statement. “The aircraft landed at approximately 11 p.m. local time where it was met by local authorities.” Andrew Baker, known as A.J. was not arrested or handed a summons.

The alleged victim accused him of inappropriately touching her, saying Baker grabbed her breast and refused to let go, CBS Boston said. State police said the investigation is being conducted by the US Attorney’s office, which refused to confirm or deny it’s leading the probe. Baker’s lawyer said his client is “fully cooperating.’’
