Ns News Online Desk: A 16-year-old boy was fatally shot outside his Staten Island home Monday night, police said.
The victim, identified by cops as Shane Kelly, was shot during an altercation on Castleton Avenue near North Mada Avenue in West Brighton about 7:15 p.m., cops said.
The teen was taken by ambulance to Richmond Medical Center, which is just across the street, where he died, police said. It was unclear who Kelly was quarreling with or what the dispute what about, cops said. No arrests were made Monday night.
