In a significant move to bolster medical tourism and bilateral cooperation, the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) hosted a high-profile networking session titled “Malaysia Healthcare Week: Your Access to Trusted Malaysian Healthcare” at the Renaissance Hotel in Gulshan on April 9, 2026.
The event, organized in collaboration with the Bangladesh Outbound Tour Operators Association (BOTOA), served as a strategic platform to connect Bangladeshi citizens with Malaysia’s world-class medical ecosystem. Representatives from five of Malaysia’s premier hospitals showcased their cutting-edge technologies, specialized clinical expertise, and modern infrastructure.

These include discounted treatment packages, online specialist consultations, streamlined visa assistance, medical invitation letters, and logistical support such as complimentary translation and airport pick-up services.
